Description of the Pallet Racking

The storage rack in steel can take all types of pallets graced by different dimensions.

Benefiting from its painting technique, it could resist shocks, scratches, acid, and detergent products. Its finish makes it smooth and homogeneous frames easy to clean. This racking is designed for warehouse storage.

With all the adjustable levels at 50mm, you can define the height of your uprights based on the height of the pallets.

This racking system features 8 claws per upright and safety pins for added strength. It also features a floor-mounting system, enabling you to handle your pallets with a forklift truck easily.

It will fit into your storage space perfectly, thanks to its various available dimensions:

• Width 2250mm: 2 pallets of 1000 x 1200mm
• Width 2700mm: 3 European Pallets (800 x 1200mm)
• Width 3300mm: 3 pallets of 1000 x 1200mm
• Width 3600mm: 4 European Pallets (800 x 1200mm)

Pallet Racking Glossary

*Basic Element: Endowed with 4 posts, it can be totally independent, unlike the augment element

*Augment Element: Complementary element, it is attached to the basic element. You can add it to the basic element as you wish.

For example:

-   For the length of 6750mm: 1 basic element of 2250mm and 2 augment elements of 2250mm

-   For the length of 9450mm: 1 basic element of 2700mm and 3 augment elements of 2250mm.

*Powder Coating Technique: it has great resistance to shocks, acids, and scratches.

*Useful Width: This is the width between uprights that can be used for your storage.

*Overall width: This is the total width of the element: useful width + Frame/Upright

If you wish to install a basic element solely, the load capacity per level is reduced by 15%.

If you wish to install one basic element and two augment elements, the load capacity per level is reduced by 10%.
