SF Holding, a leader in commercial electronic equipments, has collaborated with Vijing Racking to equip a cold storage warehouse with industrial racking for customers in the food sector.

Backed by over three decades of intralogistics experience, SF has implemented another significant industrial storage project in China by providing industrial storage solutions for frozen products. This accomplishment further cements SF's reputation as a top provider of industrial storage solutions in the region.
 
The storage solution, designed specifically for cold storage, is installed in a warehouse intended to store products at a temperature of -20ºC. The freezing chamber is now equipped with double deep pallet racking manufactured by Vijing Racking. These structures are crafted from top-quality galvanized steel, ensuring resistance to the most extreme environmental conditions.

The newly installed storage system allows for full optimization of the warehouse space, maximizing storage capacity without compromising ongoing maintenance and temperature homogenization. Vijing Racking's double deep adjustable pallet racking achieves higher storage density while still offering straightforward and relatively quick access to the pallets. The result is a storage capacity for 10,390 pallet positions.

"The racking is 12,500 mm high, but due to its double depth, it favors a controlled temperature distribution and reduction of the volume to be cooled because of better exploitation of the available space," explained the Sales and Marketing Manager at SF Holding. The project was also designed and calculated according to earthquake-resistant criteria.
