Drive in racking, also known as drive-through racking, is a high-rise racking system. It effectively improves storage space utilization. It's suitable for storing goods of uniform specifications and a single category. It significantly reduces warehouse rental costs and lowers business management costs.

Drive in racking is primarily categorized into two types

1.Single entry racking: Forklifts enter from one side of the rack.

2.Double entry racking: Forklifts enter from both sides of the rack.

Rack dimensions vary depending on the type of pallet racking system. Choosing the right racking system size requires considering several factors, including ceiling height and length. Proper racking dimensions optimize space and improve work efficiency.

Drive in rack dimensions

1.Length:Typically, the length of the goods plus 10mm, recommended not to exceed 1500mm.

2.Width: Expandable to 2000-6000mm, depending on the width of the goods.

3.Width: Height: The height of a single layer depends on the size of the goods, generally not exceeding 6000mm.

Depth and Number of Layers

The recommended single-side access depth is no more than 7 shelves. Large-volume storage requires a balance between efficiency and ease of use.

Number of Layers: Typically designed for 4 layers, each layer can carry approximately 600kg.
