Automatic rack is a type of warehouse equipment that incorporates automation technology. It utilizes motor-driven, intelligent system integration to achieve efficient cargo management. Warehouse racks are generally categorized into two types: automatic racking and automatic rotary racking.

Automatic Rack

Automatic rack uses motors to move along tracks and is typically equipped with a PLC controller and gear linkage. It supports three types of automated racking: heavy-duty, medium-duty, and light-duty (load capacity over 1500kg, 500-1500kg, and 200-500kg). Intelligent scheduling is achieved through the Warehouse Management System (WMS). It is typically integrated into a logistics system with conveyors and forklifts, and is primarily suitable for small items in the manufacturing industry.
